The Monday Night Queer Women's Meeting is in process of changing name to ‘Sunshine in the WINTER (Women, Intersex, Nonbinary, and Trans people Engaged in Recovery’ ).

QWM is considering a name change to better represent the diverse genders we invite and welcome. We learned that there were several non-binary people who were unsure if they were welcome in our meeting (named Queer WOMEN'S meeting) and had felt unwelcome in 'straight' meetings. Also noted that trans had 'fallen off' our meeting indexing - which has since been resolved... wonder if this was a problem for other meetings too. Attendance is about 10-12 people and 2 or 3 newcomers under 90 days. We hold our meeting on Mondays at 7pm-8pm and the Business meeting is on the 4th Monday.
-Cindy J Average Attendance 10-12, recently increased newcomer activity to 2-3 persons with <90 days every week, Treasury is at $294, largely will fund GSR trip to Seaside for Area Assembly. There are no vacancies in current meeting positions.
